Key Responsibilities for Store Manager:

1. Store Manager Performance Management:

  • Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) regularly to track store performance, ensuring all sales and operational targets are met.
  • Implement action plans to drive store performance and improve results across different product categories.
  • Maximize Sales by identifying trends and opportunities to optimize product offerings.

2. Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Assist in the selling process by guiding both the team and customers to ensure the best possible buying experience.
  • Lead by example by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Encourage upselling and cross-selling to increase sales volume and improve customer satisfaction.

3. Business Analysis & Action Plans:

  • Analyze store performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve overall store efficiency.
  • Proactively suggest promotional activities, discounts, and product launches to boost sales.

4. Team Supervision & Training:

  • Oversee and manage store staff, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives, values, and operational standards.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to improve staff performance and knowledge of products and services.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and high morale.

5. Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures, including stock management, cash handling, and store upkeep.
  • Supervise the inventory system to ensure products are stocked correctly, minimizing losses and discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper merchandising techniques are followed, ensuring the store looks visually appealing and products are displayed effectively.

6. Customer Service Excellence:

  • Maintain the highest level of customer service, ensuring all customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure customers have a positive experience from entry to exit, consistently meeting and exceeding their expectations.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback constructively, aiming for resolution and customer satisfaction.
