Job Responsibilities:
- Facility Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Clean and maintain designated areas such as lobbies, rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents.
- Ensure all areas are properly sanitized and organized, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Inspection & Maintenance:
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance needs.
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and infrastructure.
- Notify management immediately of any issues requiring attention or repair.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean, safe environment for staff and customers.
- Maintain a knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring their correct and safe usage.
Cleaner Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or janitor in a similar environment.
- Knowledgeable about various cleaning products, chemicals, and their proper usage.
- Familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and able to handle cleaning materials safely.
- Capable of operating heavy cleaning machinery and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols to a high standard.
