Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Registration: Ensure all visitors sign in upon arrival and exit.
- Rule Enforcement: Inform guests of and enforce property rules.
- Trespassing Prevention: Identify and remove trespassers or unwanted individuals from the premises.
- Emergency Response: Contact the relevant authorities in case of criminal activity or accidents.
- Reporting: Regularly report to supervisors on security-related matters.
- Surveillance: Monitor and report any suspicious activities to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Strong awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Physical fitness to patrol the property regularly.
- Previous experience in security is a plus, but not required.
