Front Desk Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Visitors: Be the first point of contact for visitors, welcoming them warmly and directing them to the right person or department.
  • Answering Phones & Emails: Handle inbound calls and emails professionally, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and redirecting communication as needed.
  • Data Entry & Filing: Accurately input client and visitor details into our database, ensuring all information is updated and organized.
  • Office Administration: Assist with general administrative tasks, including making photocopies, scanning documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies, Front desk, track usage, and ensure timely ordering of supplies to maintain stock levels.
  • Additional Support: Offer administrative support to various departments as required and ensure the smooth running of office activities.

Front Desk Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Familiarity with office software and general office equipment is preferred.
