We are currently seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented an Accountant to join our team at our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial transactions and maintaining efficient operations in our office.
Key Responsibilities for an Accountant:
- Processing Payments: Collect cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Issuing Receipts: Provide customers with receipts for their payments and ensure proper documentation.
- Returns & Refunds: Handle returns and process refunds as required, ensuring all transactions are logged properly.
- Cash Control: Maintain precise control over the cash register, ensuring all amounts are accurate and balanced.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Billing: Accurately calculate customer bills via cash register and ensure efficient transaction processes.
- Additional Tasks: Assist with store tasks such as managing inventory, maintaining clean shelves, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the office.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly financial reports, along with reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Team Support: Carry out other tasks as directed by the Branch Manager (BM) to support office operations.
