We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Hotel Room Key Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning & Preparation:
- Thoroughly clean hotel room, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Change bed linens and make beds according to hotel standards, ensuring a fresh and inviting look.
- Clean and restock bathrooms, ensuring toiletries and towels are replenished for every new guest.
- Replenishment of Supplies:
- Monitor inventory levels of linens, towels, and guest toiletries, ensuring that each hotel room is fully stocked before guest check-in.
- Organize and maintain supply closets, keeping them tidy and accessible for efficient service.
- Maintenance Reporting:
- Conduct routine checks of hotel room to identify any maintenance or repair needs, such as broken fixtures or malfunctioning equipment.
- Communicate any issues to management promptly to ensure timely resolutions and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Guest Interaction:
- Provide excellent customer service by being responsive to guest requests or inquiries during your shift.
- Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor, contributing to a positive atmosphere within the hotel.
Work Schedule:
- Duty Hours: 9-hour shifts, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 3,000 AED monthly.
