Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Communication Management:

- Take accurate messages and ensure they are relayed to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle all forms of correspondence, including emails and letters, with a professional tone.
- Office Supplies Management:
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies, monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Place orders for supplies as needed, ensuring that the office is always well-equipped for daily operations.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, coordinating calendars to avoid conflicts.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take notes during meetings to distribute afterward.
- Filing and Organization:
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring all materials are easily accessible.
- Regularly update files and remove outdated documents to keep the system efficient.
- Document Preparation:
- Prepare and edit various documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Format documents according to company standards and assist in proofreading for accuracy.
Compensation Package:
- Salary: 3,500 AED per month.
