Position: Creative Mechanical Engineer
Location: Dubai
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team, working through all stages of product development—from research and design to manufacturing, installation, and final commissioning. This role is key to delivering mechanical components that embody innovation and excellence. Your expertise will directly impact the design, production, and functionality of cutting-edge products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Lifecycle Product Development: Lead the design, development, testing, prototype creation, manufacturing, and implementation of mechanical products, ensuring a seamless progression through each stage.
- Design Systems & Components: Create innovative systems and components that meet specific needs and requirements, while ensuring they are efficient and effective.
- Conceptual Design & Prototyping: Produce initial design concepts, develop detailed plans, and construct prototypes to test and refine ideas.
- Methodical Experimentation: Conduct controlled experiments to analyze data, interpret results, and draw conclusions to improve product performance.
- Design Validation & Testing: Evaluate theoretical designs through extensive testing and refine the prototypes based on findings to meet performance criteria.
- Problem Solving: Identify emerging technical challenges and apply innovative solutions to address issues related to design, performance, or manufacturing processes.
- Performance & Safety Evaluation: Assess the final product’s overall performance, reliability, and safety, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Design Refinement: Modify and optimize existing designs to eliminate malfunctions or improve functionality, ensuring alignment with product specifications and requirements.
- Budgeting & Scope Management: Estimate project budgets, resources, and scope, ensuring efficient use of time and materials while adhering to financial constraints.
- Feedback Integration: Collect valuable insights and feedback from operators to inform design improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive product reports, including design specifications, test results, and project documentation.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous professional development to explore new theories, tools, and methods that advance the field of mechanical engineering.
